What was the situation

Being able to manage effectively centrally based on data is of great importance for this rapidly growing international provider of hotel accommodations. However, it was not yet possible to manage based on a complete or 360-degree customer view: customer data was stored fragmented and the data quality did not meet the requirements in all cases. This led to the need for a customer data platform

What have we done

We supported the organization and its partner Accenture in the selection of the most suitable customer data platform (CDP). Based on the available documents, we reviewed the vision on managing customer data and defined use cases. We then described the requirements and wishes to the CDP, which formed the basis for the selection of the right platform. In selecting the most suitable platform, we compared the existing preferred list of CDPs and more traditional platforms with the requirements and wishes and our knowledge of the CDP market. The shortlist was adjusted accordingly and a Real CDP was selected from this, which fully met the requirements and wishes of the organization. After contracting, the deployment of the CDP was picked up and carried out by the organization itself.
